New text format support would be nice, also support for less than 1 minute messages. (IE seconds)

Looks like you just entered a symbol that the plugin didn't like. Try just surrounding your tip in quotations (example: - "tip here!"). Just make sure you don't put more quotations in the tip, or it will think you ended the quote and started a new one. What you can do there is use apostrophes inside the quoted tip (example: - "do it 'like' this"). Let me know if that all works! :)

Hmmm my config file is there, and set up but is displays this error on startup (On my hoster which is linux)

Read the last part of the description. You must make your own folder and config (just copy/paste the supplied config.yml in the properly-named folder you created). Once you do that, it is pretty easy-going from there!

Works for me, but you should explain the delay/period thing more clearly. I tried only using period and it just spammed the chat. Then I tried to use decimals for them and it did the same thing. Works fine with delay and period at the same whole-number amount though.

Also, could you make the random order more of a smart-random? What I mean is make the tips will come in any random order, but they won't repeat until every tip has been posted in the game (so it will kind of work like a check list, but in random order). This will stop tips from being repeated, or even making some tips rarely seen.

I realy like this plugins, but could you add future, that if online is noone, then tips will not shown? And as soon as player connect, tips starts?

I added the Tips.jar file to my plugins directory, and restarted my server, it says the following in the console:

• Tips: Loading Tips v1.1.
• Tips: Loaded 0 global tip set(s)
• Tips: Loaded 0 tip set(s) for world Sector9
• Tips: Loaded 0 tip set(s) for world Sector9_nether
• Tips: Loaded 0 tip set(s) for world Sector9_the_end
• Tips: version 1.1. enabled

It does not create the config file, but it says that it has loaded.
