I just tested it on a new server running latest RB and it worked fine. It generates Always_Sun

Confirmed - not working at all (CB2222). No config, not loading. Please test your plugins next time before you publish them.

its not that fast and easy to change the weather without stopping the server.
Hopefully you'll add them, in the near future :-)
