Hello I just want to tell you this is awesome when i finished the "sword art online" series i thinked i make the sao minecraft server and i search the better plugins for this server and i search a concrete plgin which made for this or a little made easier to make this server and read the bukkit forums (and other forums) but a give uped. And then i found this plugin and when i looked this pictures (and in the pictures the details) and the statistics and then i know this plugin i must be.I think this is better than awesome (is so awesome i not really can tell i think what awesome if i can made a new words to describe what awesome this )

What's happening with TheGreatSwordArtOnlineRPG ?

Good news for you, after over a month the update will be released on friday night (european timezone). It will be first available on spigotmc.org because the bukkit moderating sometimes takes over a day.

Fixes

Finally no longer multi world bugs when loading spawnpoints or floors (was tested on a big multiverse server)
Lots of mob related fixes. Mobs take now standard knockback, healthbar, ...
Skills generating ridicolous file sizes was removed
Inventory does not delete items any longer.

New Features

At the beginning i want to say that it wasn't possible to insert all asked features yet.

Completely changed code and structure, all plugins using this plugin will break.

Change the internal structure to a kind of sao inspired Cardinal system. (more what it does and can do when the update is released)

Loading animation
Nervegear works now better, no clicking in inventory neccessarry.
Clickable signs to 'link start'
New lang file to set ALL of the plugin messages.
New settings file. It's very configurable now.

Skills creating is now lots of easier. You can use an editing arena like the mobs got. Skills also don't spam the chat any longer.

Option to select the main system what the cardinal uses: Selectable systems: SAO - Floors (Beta Version) ALO - Races (Alpha Version) GGO - Guns (Not implemented yet) CLASSIC - You automatically login into sao when you join the server.
Completely changed the storage (has now over 500 item slots)

Bosses ? No i haven't implemented the bosses yet because it's a huge part and need a whole update to become epic. But .......I have added a temporary solution for the common boss problem. There is a new floor command where you can set the mob name what you use as boss. When you kill that mob you gain access to the next floor. ;)

Playersaves All informations of a player are now stored in one files. Hunger, xp, hearts ... all is now stored and gets loaded when a player joins.

New filesystem All folder and file structures changed. Don't worry, the cardinal converts previous created things to the new system.

New commands /cardinal /saoraces

Magic 0.o: Yes magic is possible with the new update. The skillbar detects SkillApi skills and can execute them. (Using magic is optional)

Versions: You maybe noticed that spigot/craftbukkit 1.8.6 and 1.8.7 was released. The next update only runs on 1.8.0 and 1.8.3, the version update will follow next week.

They allowed me to test the plugin on their huge server. It has now a huge ALO RPG (Sao season 1 part 2) world with dungeons, great buildings and is primary running with the TheGreatSwordArtOnlineRPG plugin.

I recommend to check it out when you want to try out this plugin ;)
Opening is planned on Saturday after plugin release.

Update is ready and was given to some servers to test the features before public release. Next week is the public release. I'll promise it. In the meantime check out my BannerWings plugin.

The wings will be implemented, to the sao plugin when the ALO update is ready.

Hi,
I really enjoy this plugin and have started putting it in my world. Thankyou for spending time on this, it is awesome.
In your tutorials, I noticed that you have other plugin/texture packs or mods running that allow the game to look the way you have it such as the grass swaying and the sky appearing as if it were morning, etc. Could you please tell me what mods/texture packs or plugins you are running to allow mc to look like that?

Hey, i probably sound annoying now, (sorry) but i just wanted to get this out of the way. is it possible to add the ability so when a boss is defeated to allow access to the next floor? because i can't make him drop a button or lever due to people just letting other players use the lever.

Yeap it work but essentials does not work with the plugins but when i put on my nerve gear and click in gamemode 0/2 nothing happens xD

Make sure you are using the right plugin version and the right craftbukkit/spigot version.

Craftbukkit v1.8 -> TheGreatSwordArtOnlineRPG 1.8 Craftbukkit v1.8.3 -> TheGreatSwordArtOnlineRPG 1.8.3

It will be 1 jar again next update. It will automatically select the right one.

I don't understand your question. There isn't one report of a plugin what doesn't work with this one. Only custom (/saomobs) mobs with custom drops enabled drop specific items. Every other entity drops the standard loot.

@Shynixn If I create a weapon/armor and want a shopkeeper, Quest Giver, and even Random Chests to drop "loot" would any normal plugin work?
