Creating an arena
Note: To begin creating an arena, you must have the permission "theplague.create.*" or any of the child permissions of it. If this is your first time using this plugin, give yourself "theplague.*" to get full access to every feature of this plugin.
- Type "/theplague create" to get the creation wand.
- After you have the creation wand, select two points. The two points are defined by the gold blocks in the below picture and the glowstone indicates the selected area.
- Type "/theplague create arena <Arena Name>" we will be using "arena1" as an example.
- The arena will be automatically protected
- Select two more points and run "/theplague create lobby <Arena Name>"
- Players without "theplague.create.edit" will not be able to edit the arena or the lobby.
- Now, go into your lobby and type /theplague set spawn lobby <Arena Name>. To set the lobby spawnpoint to your current location.
- Go inside your arena and repeat Step 5 but this time type /theplague set spawn arena <Arena Name>
- Place a sign anywhere in the world and input in the sign the following text:

- If the sign looks like any of the below images then you mistyped something.
- After, your sign should look like this:
- To create a Status sign, type
into any sign. Usually the sign is in the lobby.
- Now, visit the class tutorial HERE to create a class if you haven't already.
- To link a class to your arena, type /theplague class link <Class Name> <Arena Name>
- Finally, you need to set a default class for your arena. To do this, run /theplague class defaultClass <Class Name> <Arena Name>.
- Once you do this, your signs should switch from saying your arena is invalid to saying it is disabled. Run /theplague set enabled <Arena Name> true to enable your arena.
Other commands
- To start an arena run /theplague start while in an arena
- Set the maxPlayers to a different number than the default by running /theplague set maxPlayers <Arena Name> <Player Count>
