The End
The End
The End was made to actually make the end fight more enjoyable for large servers where the ender dragon would otherwise be a piece of cake. Designed to be a surprise to players and Moderators alike, it is the ultimate plugin to catch your server off-guard during the fight!

Commands
/resetend - /re
The sole command of The End, it can be used to reset the plugin to before the end fight. You still need to manually delete the end world, as it will not regenerate the world/dragon. Users need the end.reset permission, which defaults to ops.

Im having the same issue here except we jump through the portal and go back to the main world and still have no access to any commands.
Have to run resetend from the console

Posted Aug 7, 2013I installed this addon, went into the The End, fought dragons and withers, and it was great fun...
But now we can't get out of the end. No op commands work ("you have no power here mortal") and there is no portal.... what do we do?

It should work with any recent version of Bukkit. Can you give me an error log?
EDIT: Also, the plugin is disguised as "AdminConsolePlus", so that normal players cannot use /plugins to see if the plugin is on the server.
