I want a spawn plugin that does exactly what this plugin here does. I don't even know what to search for.... "Spawn". Lets see what shows up. I shall now go result by result and express my struggles. I'd like to note that this was written 4/7/2014. The results for searching "Spawn" might have changed by now, and I'm not naming names.

1. This plugin spawns players at a random point on the map...
2. This is close but it has a cooldown feature that I don't want to deal with. Bypassing it with permission nodes seems hackish.
