Doesn't work with 1.2.5-R2.0. It doesn't create a folder or something like that. But the plugin is loading

This is not working for me. I am wondering if the port isn't port forwarded? Although the server is running on this port. My Config file:

encryptPasswords: false
listenAddress: 0.0.0.0
telnetPort: 25570
allowAuthlessLocalhost: false
rootUser: theserver
rootPass: password321
rootEncrypted: false

I type into the PuTTy:

74.208.194.87
25570
(I select Telnet)

I select telnet. It says I cannot establish a connection. I know that the port is forwarded because the server runs off of it. What is wrong?

Thank you for this plugin. Works perfect with 1.2.4....

Only what isn't nice is that u see the shell of the server.... incl all log messages.... but for scripts is it really good.

When i try to use "say" in the telnet window it instantly closes the telnet window and doesn't display an error in the console.
