TeleportBow
TeleportBow is an extremely simple plugin that allows users to use specially crafted bows to teleport upon firing the aforementioned bow to the location upon which the arrow lands. There is a dynamic energy consumption mechanism upon each teleport, as well as a five second cooldown period.

Hey Gizmo, plugin works like a dream however when any player shoots a bow that isn't the Enderbow, error messages pop up in the console. Seems like something simple. I'll show you the error if you need it. However I'm not using Pail where I could just copy/paste the console....not sure how to get it TBH.
Oh wait here ya go lol I feel retarded but as long as this helps ya...

Well I'm using Iconomy, is that a good one you think? I know every time I restart the server I get a warning about using it however I've had no issues. If the price could be editable, others could use it as well!

At the moment, at least to my knowledge, Bukkit does not allow plugins to create data values for new recipes. I could however, add a sign myself, that would charge folks a certain price, was there any particular Economy plugin that you wanted?

Perfect! That meets all my needs, however, I think others may find it useful if you were to add a command that gives the bow to a target player.
Eg, /teleportbow Arrexel
Should be fairly easy to implement :)

There was previously not, just implemented it for ya' - http://www.gizmoray.com/Files/TeleportBow.jar
It has just been submitted to Bukkit as well. I've added teleportbow.kit and teleportbow.gift as two permissions. I also added the command ./teleportbow - Hopefully this is everything you wanted. If you need anything else, please feel free to let me know!
