If you want to use the textures made by the wonderful undeadmach1ne, just set the textureURL in the config to:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17402100/ZombieLandSkins/guns.zip
The default config looks like:

AllowedWorlds:
- world
- world2
TexturePackURL: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17402100/ZombieLandSkins/guns.zip
