Talking Heads
This plugin allows heads to speak! You just rightclick a head and the text appears in the chat!
Commands
- /th -> for a list of the commands
- /th add -> adds a message to a head
- /th remove -> removes a message from a head
- /th who -> see who added the message to a head
- /th reload -> reloads the config file
- /th givehead <Playername> -> gives you a head with the texture of a player
- /th messages <Playername> -> see how many heads a player has created
Permissions
- aurora.talkheads.add -> Allows the player to add a message to a head
- aurora.talkheads.remove -> Allows the player to remove a message from a head
- aurora.talkheads.removeown -> Allows the player to remove his own message from a head
- aurora.talkheads.read -> Allows the player to rightclick a head and see the text
- aurora.talkheads.who -> Allows the player to rightclick a head and see who added the message
- aurora.talkheads.reload-> Allows the player to reload the config file
- aurora.talkheads.group1 -> Allows the player to add messages to a limited number of heads specified in the config
- aurora.talkheads.group2 -> Allows the player to add messages to a limited number of heads specified in the config
- aurora.talkheads.group3 -> Allows the player to add messages to a limited number of heads specified in the config
- aurora.talkheads.group4 -> Allows the player to add messages to a limited number of heads specified in the config
- aurora.talkheads.infinite -> Allows the player to add messages to an unlimited number of heads (Not necessarry, just if you it won't work otherwise)
- aurora.talkheads.givehead-> Allows the player to get a skull with a players skin
- aurora.talkheads.messages-> Allows the player to check how many messages a player has created
If you want a player to have an unlimited amout of messages, just don't give him a .groupX permission. If the player should be able to add messages to heads (even if he is in a group) you need to give him the aurora.talkheads.add permission!
When a player has permissions for multiple groups (eg. group1 and group3) then it will choose the group with the least amout of messages.
If a player still h as a limited amount of messages, but he shouldn't have, just give him the the aurora.talkheads.infinite permission
How it works
- When you perform the command /th add, you have to rightclick the head with the a diamond hoe, and than enter the name of the head, and then text, the head should say, into the chat (2 diffrent message).
- When you perform the command /th remove, you have to rightclick the head with a diamond hoe, and then the message gets removed.
- When you perform the command /th who, you have to rightclick the head with a diamond hoe, and then you see, who added the message to this head.
- When you perform the command /th reload, it reloads the config (if you modified it you need to do this)
- When you perform the command /th givehead, it you get a head with a players skin on it.
- When you perform the command /th messages, it shows you how many heads a player already created.
Config File
The first few items of the config file are
group1: 2
group2: 5
group3: 10
group4: 20
Edit this part, to change, to how many heads every person in the group should be limited. (see aurora.talkheads.groupX in the permissions section)
If you want to change the text of a head, because you can't add such a long text via the minecraft chat you have to edit the part between the two |

So it's
X,Y,Z: *headname*|*message*|*person who created it*
If you modified the config while the server was running, do "/th reload" to reload the config file
To disable notification, when a new update of Talking Heads is available, change the
notifyonupdate: true
to
notifyonupdate: false

Well the error might be coming from another plugin cause sometimes the plugins will not work together
Read what this said and if you created the config.yml file it should work but it needs to be in the plugins folder inside a file that will show up once you have runned the config.yml file. Try that and if it doesn't work contact the owner of the plugin.
