Overview

TacsArena (Tactical Arena) is an extension of the BattleArena and CaptureTheFlag plugins. This plugin does not require CaptureTheFlag but it does use a fair amount of the code; it does require BattleArena. The aim of this project is to provide a fun long term tactical game with more than one way to score.

Each player gets a flag and needs to make a "base" and hide their flag in the base. Set traps to kill your enemies when they try to get your flag and see if you're good enough to sneak through the enemies base to their flag without getting blown up to score a point. If you catch someone skeaking around go after them and see you can best them in combat to score a point! Play some mind games and put traps in your enemies bases.

Basic Mechaincs:

• 1 person per team
• 1 flag per team
• Kills count for 1 point
• Flag captures count for 1 point
• When a player logs off his/her flag will remain where it was when they logged off
• If a player's flag is captured while they are offline the flag will not respawn. This limits the amount of points that can be scored when players are offline.

Starting A Game:

• Create an arena with /tacs create <arenaName>
• Add some flags with /tacs addFlag <arenaName> <flagIndex>
• Hop in with /tacs joinGame <arenaName>

Commands:

All the same basic commands as a CTFArena with a couple of extras:

• /tacs joinGame <arena> - Joins the game and allows a player to properly rejoin an existing game. Use this command instead of the standard join command.
• /tacs moveFlag <arena> - Moves a players flag to their current location. Can only be done every 24 hours.
