SwearNot
SwearNot allows server administrators to keep the level of swearing to a bare minimum, with a massive dictionary of words that could potentially form nonconstructive and cruel sentences. Users can report words that are still allowed, which, if reported enough, will get automatically added to the dictionary. The dictionary will, of course, be administratively controlled, with two separate categories for words that could make up other words (i.e. "ass" and "massive"). The operation of this plugin will simply censor any message which matches a referenced word in the provided dictionary, thus allowing for a higher probability censoring all forms of the blocked words.

Thank you! BTW, I saw you're having issues with "Ill be making a YT video for it tomorrow", most likely you have the word "gay" enabled, remove that and you should be good! I'm adding in a feature that allows for words used on their own, rather that partial words like these.

A version of this plugin has been released, and should be approved within a few hours. However, due to its finicky nature, I was unable to complete the word voting method. Admins and Op's are still capable of adding and removing words, though. I will release an update to this plugin once I have successfully implemented the aforementioned.

It should be completely finished by the end of this week (tomorrow for me), I've been working out the logic for possible variations of words, as well as methods for confirming the validity of a words malintentions for the voting mechanic.
Let me know if there are any last minute requests, as this is a perfect time! :D

At the moment, the plugin is only localized for English, however, due to the fact that it is possible to define words within the configuration file, the server administrators can easily localize the dictionary to their liking.
