YAY Sushi Supports 1.3.1 and all permission plugins.
DONT BE ALARMED the reason why sushi went from version 1.5 to 1.2.4 is that 1.5 was a alpha version, 1.2.4 is now a RELEASE
Feature
The sushi plugin allows player to give themselves 349 (Raw fish) with the command *Below* They can use this to tame cats or for food. who does not like cats? :3 There is a Simple configuration which allows you to set how many fish you receive when you type /sushi
How to install

Commands
Sushi
- /Sushi - Gives one piece of 349 (Raw fish)
- /Sushi info - Displays info on plugin
- /Help sushi - Displays help
- /Sushi help (currently not working use /help sushi)
- /Sushi reload ( reloads fake config)
Sushiset
- /Sushiset - shows the sushiset welcome note
- /Sushiset rawfishamount [Amount] - sets the raw fish amount given when using /sushi
- /Sushiset help - shows the sushiset help page (currently not working use /help sushiset)
- /help sushiset - Displays help for sushiset aliases
- /ss - /sushiset
- /ss rfa [Amount] - /Sushiset rawfishamount [Amount]
Permission Nodes
- sushi.* - Covers all sushi nodes
- sushi.use - Allows them to use the /sushi command
- sushi.reload - Reloads fake config (config is just a template NOTE: will be useable next update)
- sushi.setrawfishammount - Allows person to use the /ss rfa [amount] command
All permission nodes right now default for OP

You can do it already. With some NBTEditing I'm pretty sure you would be able to make it so that it gives you that NBTEdited fish. This has been possible since like Beta 1.5 or something.

tbh i have a better idea. ill make a plugin called chopsticks Under dev http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/chopsticks/ and ill make it a dependency so that you only can use sushi while having chopsticks. That way other plugins can hock into it ^_^

Make eating fish only possible while holding 2 or more sticks in one of the main inventory slots
hum the second part maybe kinda hard..... and im the only one who accually made the plugin omnitv gave up but he manages the page i have no clue what so ever the other 2 are for :)
Server wont be hungry cause it can eat the sushi plugin once it stops making sushi
