Survival Games X is a plugin that runs Survival Games automatically. It has an extensive feature list and highly customizable configuration options. Plugin is to be run on multiple servers. If you're looking for simultaneous games in one server, click here
Installation
- Download the plugin and it's dependencies. (Vault)
- Place it in your /plugins folder.
- Reload or restart your server to generate the plugin folder.
- Place the world in the folder with the server.
- While in console type the 'sg addworld [worldName]' command. (Replace [worldName] with the name of the world you wish to add.
- Refer to the wiki to set up rewards.
- Refer to the wiki to set up spawn.
Note this plugin uses the entire Minecraft server. You will not be able to have worlds that are not affected by the plugin.

To Do List
If it's blue then it's done. If it's red then it means it's going to be done. If it's green then it means it's done but not released yet.
- Multiple arenas.
- Dynamic MOTDs.

- Refill chests at midnight [17000 ticks] or through command.
- Map voting.
- Permissions for more voting power. (survivalgames.basic.vote.2 - allows a player vote worth 2)

- No chest config. (Chests are filled apon user click.)

- Time limit on deathmatch!
- Arenas are randomized.
- Voting for arena in lobby. (Cannot vote for an arena just played. (Maybe config this?))

- Full server shutdown using run scripts.
- TNT explodes, but doesn't break blocks.
- /sg setspawn [#] (Sets spawnpoint)

Posted Mar 15, 2014well, i did /sg join and it said an intel error occured while attempting to perform this command then it said "you are now a spectator" also i cant edit maps or anythign please help, i have the up to date version and everything

Two things might be wrong, either you're running the wrong version or you have MySQL enabled but not set up right. Check that then come back if you still have the same problem.

Posted Mar 14, 2014I set up a couple servers running this plugin. Best plugin available (as I have tested them all!) So great job on that. However besides the small bugs here and there I have run across some major ones.
- Duplicating items on death and spectator spawn - Corrupting arenas during the zip/unzip process. (always backup your arenas people!) - Players starting out in an arena instead of the lobby.
The corrupting issue is really the only one that stops the plugin from being useful. What is funny is I ran the plugin for a couple of weeks with no problem, decided to add another arena, now no matter what I do, and I have tried everything, it just corrupts the arena after restart. I imagine that the plugin broke with the latest spigot build. There is no other explanation as to why it worked on 4 arenas for weeks before deciding to corrupt additional arenas. The previous arenas still seem to be fine and working at the moment. So this is pretty baffling. Any suggestions for the time being, I released a new Arena for my donators then had to yank it out from under their feet....literally. Thanks for all the work. Its really a great plugin.

1. A real bug...
2. Just go into the plugins directory, and delete the spawns.cfg in the folder.
3. That data may not be able to be used where you are using it.
4. Does this really matter?
5. Put the world name to 'Lobby', in the server.propties before start-up.
6. Set your spawn point a bit higher.

duker02 could you please fix the bugs of this plugin as listed by justcallmelewis :-
Bug - When a tribute dies they get teleported to spawn and the loot is drop where ever the spectator spawn is
Bug - If your server accidently crashes and your editing a map, if you go back to that map it doesn't let you edit it and the map corrupts. So you have to re add the entire map again
Bug - Sometimes if you edit language file if you want to add a custom line and reference for example %arenaname% it would say the codename instead of actually presenting the data for that codename.
Bug - The countdown timer are not in sync to the second. So if your counting down the game start time, 0 would equal 1 and not 0 equals go
Bug - Plugins fails to create lobby world folder and has to be set manually. Which could be linked to the Cannot load arenas.cfg file
Bug - Say if some maps had a roof above spawn or there is a block above a spawn point the tribute would sometimes spawn on that block instead of always the platform.

Just copy the chest.yml from the example folder in your plugins folder and overwrite it with the existing one.

Try making sure there is a world for the lobby, and that each world listed in arenas.cfg is an actual world in the server.

Posted Mar 13, 2014That NullPointerExeption means that something in the plugin is null (nothing). That is all I know about the error. I even tried contacting my developer to try to fix it. But, he could not, because he didn't have the source code to edit it and fix.
