Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

If you mean start the game, add this permission sg.arena.vote - Allows the user to vote to start (/sg vote)

Yes i've set the lobby spawn and all, but when a game finishes, the winner gets tped back to the arena instead of lobby spawn and the sign of the arena says finishing and 0% and stays that way unless i restart the server or something. So no one else can join.

Posted Jun 30, 2012I am SO happy, I got the webstats working! But I have one problem, when I go to search a player in the search bar, i get, Could not connect: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2) Please tell me what this means!

Do note that this is a plugin is in beta, hence the version titles "B 0.4.8". Which means that this plugin will have bugs in it. That's why they are releasing it early for people to test and that they can report any problem they found in here. @Rock2243
Chest are randomly filled, you can't change it at the moment. Currently, if you don't want the chest to restock, simply set the Restock chest: to false in the config.

If it says they are killed by no one, it is likely that they are killed using a bow or any other means. The chest refilling sets your time to dawn when the game starts so that when the time hits midnight, the chest will restock.

Posted Jun 30, 2012Honestly, I don't think you guys should be adding anything else until you fix the rollback problems. The way I see it, you test it for yourselves, then post it immediately. Have people test it before you release it. All were doing is updating it and finding another problem that was fixed several updates ago... Before you add VIP or In-game Stat walls, fix the Rollback, the Disconnecting Problems, and the SQL issues.... Thank you.

Posted Jun 30, 2012Two things- I'm having the same problem as Rendfate. I've told the members on my server that you can simply use /sg leave to get out. I'm not using MySQL, and when a game ends, it gets stuck on 0% Finishing and stays there. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do about it.

Posted Jun 30, 2012oh and I also noticed that when someone dies after teleportation (using enderpearl), it doesnt respawn him in lobby (not sure why)

Posted Jun 30, 2012Guys, did anyone else encountered a problem that once player dies it will only say [name] was killed by [nothing] almost all the time? I dunno what reason is that for, please help me. Im using newest version of plugin and bukkit and Im not using sql database, tell me if thats a problem. Also, does this plugin have conflicts with essentials? Becouse chest refilling (and setting time to day) started to work for me only after removing them (and I could realy use them). Also I noticed that plugin doesnt roll back crops (I have wheat farms on my maps) and blocks destroyed by TNT. thanks for the help and sorry for grammar if thats a problem, english isnt my first language.

What don't you get on the webstats? You just have to fill in the MySQL info that your SurvivalGames plugin uses and you should be good to go. Well, that and you need a webserver that has PHP. @TheFreakyLOLgamer
Any plugins like LWC and such? Try right clicking the signs and see if it says anything. If it does, try finding the plugin and disable it.

That happened to me once. For the not joining, check to see that stats: enabled: true and sql: enabled: true. The stats freezing is a bug that some of us have and might be a result of a plugin conflict.
