Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements

Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.

WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.

Conflicts

Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

/sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!

New Permissions:

If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:

sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
sg.arena.join
sg.player.vote
sg.lobby.join

Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

The kit permissons wont work, it works for op, but not non ops. i have the perm node in there group

When I do /sg setlobbywall I get nothing nothing happens and its an odd number

Ok so I just solved the spawning issues, EasySpawn was disabling all the spawning related commands with your plugin, but /sg listarenas still gives error messages for some reason...

Hello. I am having a problem where after the last player dies they leave their items on the ground for the next game. That creates an extremely unfair advantage for whoever gets to those items. Thanks!

This plugin used to work very well for me, but on my new server, it gives me many error messages with commands like: /sg listarenas: [Warning] Command doesn't exist. /sg setlobbyspawn [Error] The command [setspawn] [] returned an error... etc.

For further information, these are the plugins I'm currently using: MultiWorld, WorldBorder, PerformanceMonitor, EasySpawn, WorldEdit, NoCheatPlus, AuthMe, SurvivalGames, DisableMobs.

If I'm doing anything wrong or any of the plugins I'm using is not compatible, please tell me :)

make sure when u select the arena with your wand you do expand vert

Hello,

I have a problem.. I would add iconomy on survivalgames for : When a player kill aplayer he's rewarded and when a player win a game he's rewarded (Money with iconomy) Anyone have the solution ?

I have a request. Please could you implement chests as a 6 sided piston head block. Like this: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/crates/ Please implement chests like that so hackers can't use chest finders. Also they look nice :)

Also add an xp countdown too :)

The latest releasebuild and also the latest devbuild is totally breaking my survivalgames on the server.. The Lobbywall ist corrupt, players cannot join arenas anymore and stuf.. It's buggy as hell :/

Okey so after alot of searching and trouble i found how to set the permissions right. Well since alot of people are having problems with non-op people joining an arena i think its because they use GroupManager. I used to use it, but now i switched to PEX and im not having any trouble with the perms. And if anyone is having problems with the kits (only operators can access them) the right permission for it is ''sg.kit.<kitname>'' the one in the kits.yml isnt right. Hope i helped!

I have gotten it all working apart from permissions, my current perms are: - sg.arenas.join.* - sg.arenas.join.1 - sg.arena.join - sg.arena.vote - sg.arena.spectate If you are Op is works but I just can't get his permission working. I have looked into a lot of changes but its not working. It could be that I haven't the sufficient MultiVerse permissions but I haven't looked into that yet.
