Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

Everytime someone joins my server I get this, and no one can join for another minute!
when i remove the plugin I do not get this!

Posted Jun 16, 2013The f.a.q here is terrible I have what I assume is cannot connect to database error though I'm using the version for CB 1.2.5 as this is a tekkit server so I'm getting cannot connect to server and after a google search I find no info on the error. The faq says read the post WHAT POST? so helpful like a nail in the eye.
The database is setup in the config correctly and all I'm trying to do currently is the first step setting the lobby wall but I get the error above and plugin disabled after it.
Any and all help would be appreciated in this situation as it seems that the guides and google has nothing to offer on the subject.

Posted Jun 16, 2013Sadly i can't search through jsut this thread, but i played about 2-3 games on my map fine, but i had to disable the arena to edit it. i re-enabled it and i couldnt rejoin it via the sign, so i deleted the arena and spawns n reset it up all over again, now the sign still wont work, but if i join via the command, none of the chests that was previously opened in the prveious game have anything in them... How can i get it to refill each time, whats going on? Also i can break the sign now, without op and gm 1 on.... whats the problem??

If you had the previous SG plugin, update the perms, I use pex so this is what I'd do, Visitor is my default rank.
Old perms = New Perms
sg.vote - sg.player.vote sg.lobby.join - .sg.join sg.arena.join - sg.join sg.join.* - sg.arena.join.[Arena#]
/pex group Visitor add [newperm]
