Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements

Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.

WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.

Conflicts

Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

/sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!

New Permissions:

If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:

sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
sg.arena.join
sg.player.vote
sg.lobby.join

Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

CAN SOMEONE GIMME THERE PERMS FROM ANY OF THEIR PERMS PLUGIN AND TELL ME WHICH PERMS PLUGIN IT IS AND I WILL DOWNLOAD IT PLEASE HELP NO ONE CAN JOIN!.. I SUCK AT DoING PERMS! I HAVE GROUP MANAGER AND PERMSEX ANYONE HELP! sorry for caps! :(

i finally figured something out and was finally able to allow my users to join a match, but they have to do it from my spawn world, not my hunger games world, the really strange thing about this is that both worlds have the same perms for survival games but they just wont work in my HG world.... does anyone know why the perms would work in one world but not in a different world even when the perms are the exact same??? thanks to anyone if they can shed some light on this for me,

yes with the latest dev build i am also getting these errors with those commands, this plugin seems to be getting worse with every update,... its kinda sad....

There is a new bug : If you put /sg disable or /sg enable you receive an error.

my server is not spigot and i cannot reproduce this error, seemsa compatability issue

When you execute a false command like: /hg join arena2, you get this error: http://pastebin.com/He9rrubc

the devs have made a post earlier today, i for one dont expect 24hr/7 support. next day or two would be nice :3 and the thunder -.- i wants to turn of the thunder when ppl die. very much pleases.

same. i havent considered it much of an issue since they are vis when it starts, but i can confirm the bug.

and also yes i am having the sg vote problem bigtime, i have gone so far now to try sg.* hg.* survivalgames.* and hungergames.* and every subpermutation of this. works for ops only atm, i am using permsbukkit on ftb dw20 pack with mcpcplus L15 build, if you'd really care to know

Ok has anybody found an issue to players not being able to /sg vote because even if the group has the perm they still can't use it

you have made a formatting error. use a YAML parser. use google to find it. dont yell caps and dont spam this page. it is not helpful to the dev or to use, the other users. please show some respect for the work the plugin writers do and try to calm yourself. nao. plox

OK I PUT THOSE PERMS IN BUT WHEN I PUT IT INTO GLOBALGROUPS IN TO DEFAULT. I COPY THOSE PERMS YOU HAVE AND START SERVER AND THEN SAYS ERROR FOR THE GROUP MANAGER PLUGIN AND SAYS THERES A PROBLEM WITH GLOBALGROUPS.. HOW TO FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I love it so far, just need a tiny bit of help :) please tell me there is a way to disable the thunder when a player dies. if not, can you add such a toggle in the configs, i am running my sg on my main world in SMP and everyone else in the world doesn't really care to know when someone dies in the SGs. If i have overlooked something, i apologize.

Also haveing trouble with sg.arena.vote permissions. i have given the node as sg.arena.vote sg.arena.vote.1 sg.arena.vote.* and none are allowing players to vote-start atm.
