Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

If you have for example 6 arenas you should give these permissions:
sg.arenas.join.1
sg.arenas.join.2
sg.arenas.join.3
sg.arenas.join.4
sg.arenas.join.5
sg.arenas.join.6
sg.arena.join
sg.arena.vote
sg.lobby.join
You are done!

I think you need to update your signs. Simply click a row of signs and use /sg addwall <id>

Posted Mar 29, 2013Please Help Me! Whenever someone trys to join an arena, it says [SG] Joining arena 1 but then it doesnt teleport them, if they try repeatedly, it will say the arena is full, please help someone wants to make a youtube vid for the server D:

Posted Mar 29, 2013Using 0.5.0 with MC 1.5.1,
The arena sign always says:
"Arena 1 RESETING 0/0/24 0%"
Even if there's a game going on. All other signs are blank on the lobby wall. People can still join the arena. Any idea what could be causing the signs to not change?

Posted Mar 29, 2013Im having more problems, i tried o do the perms but it says " No permission " when they either do /sg join or right click the signs? Help please, and i tried what you suggested to the other guy who was havong problems D:
P.S - Im using group manager, does it work with that?

Posted Mar 29, 2013hey guys, im having trouble.
i have read all other posts relating to this and i have been through every plugin file. but when me and a friend join my SG, we cant hurt one another... everything else works perfectly, we are not op'd and i put us in default group aswell, but nothing changes. i looked for all pvp related configs in my plugins, but still nothing.
any advice?
EDIT: dont worry, found the problem lied in essentials, where i didnt look enough obviously

that happened to be after i switched from dev build back to stable release, fully delete your survival games then restart server then add the stable release again then restart then it SHOULD work.

Posted Mar 29, 2013PLEASE HELP!!! ANNOYING ERROR! I have Survival Games plugin with 10 arenas. Everything works good but when a game ends the winner will GET TELEPORTED BACK TO ARENA and in console I see a crash! Please help :(

You could temporarily disable stargate while you set it up, but if it stops people from using essential commands like /sg join or /sg vote, then you may have a problem. But if it is simply a matter of getting the arena set up, you could just disable stargate while you do this and re-enable it after you are finished.
