Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

- /sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!
New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

I never made it to work with hosted database, dont know why... only localhost. Even then theres time out. When time out occurs plugin crashes because it cant reconnect to db, shame :(

Posted Mar 3, 2013Having issues with not being able to connect to the database, I am 100% sure the username and password are correct. Is my formatting correct?
"sql: host: '66.7.193.160' port: '3306' user: 'hammyhavoc' pass: 'censored' database: 'survivalgames' prefix: 'sg_' server-prefix : 'hg'"
The port didn't have apostrophes either side of it so I put them in because it wasn't working. Any thoughts? I'm on 1.4.7 and other SQL driven plugins work just fine, that including CoreProtect.

They can't do that without the sg admin perm, which is sg.admin or something like that. And they would need worldedit to actually MAKE the "Lobby Wall". Unless your stupid enough to give players worldedit and the sg.admin node, they can't make it.

Posted Mar 2, 2013I've tried multiple times now but the plugin simply isn't working for me :(, i've made hg arena's before but even if i make a vertical selection players can walk about freely and kills aren't registered :/, any idea's?, appreciate your work so far tho :D
