Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

- /sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!
New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

I tried to reset configs and it didint help
I can do the lobby wall and arena and all of that but when I click on signs nothing heppends and when I try to vote or force start I get this eror

Posted May 26, 2012Is there ever going to be a new version where it doesn't have to have MySQL Database because me and my friend both have servers and we LOVE your plugin. We play on a lot of other servers that have your plugin. We want to put it on our server, but me, him, and a lot of other people would be using it if you didn't have to have a MySQL Database. My parents say I am not aloud to get the MySQL Database because it costs money or messes with my crappy computer. So comment me back if there is going to be any update with a non-MySQL Database need.

Jelly you need to ensure that you have set up your database and it is connecting successfully. Please check your logs to see if this is happening.

You need to save your world, start it then stop it, DONT RELOAD once you have set up your arena before you have restarted your server properly otherwise it will undo your configuration and won't save it properly.

I undertand that, but then the whole area isnt protected etc. I seriously think it would be benficial of you to work on allowing the sphere selection through workedit as a viable arena setup.

Posted May 25, 2012When ever i first load the plugin and set up the arena it works fine, then when i reload or save the server the lobby wall and signs won't work? Also i tried resetting the config like it says to and nothing happened. Can i get some help on this please?

If you have set up your board correctly you should see writing on it, ensure that is working first.

You can make the spheres all you want, just the selection is a cube.

The reason this is happening now is that the rollback actually forces the queue to save before rolling back. This was not the case in the past and you would end up with half rolled back arenas. Also, The massive amount of block changes is comming from water randomly changing between flowing and static water. The next update will completly remove water flow logging.
Spectators are completely bugged in this version, sorry about that, but they are fixed in a update that is about ready to be released.

Posted May 25, 2012i'm also having this problem http://i242.photobucket.com/albums/ff287/romeo400/2012-05-25_185608.png like haris101, this did not happen before the update, and my mysql database is run on the same computer ... any way of speeding up the database or is this a glitch?
Also ( i PMed you about this Double0) why are the leaves in Survival Games 2 map not rollbacking?

i think your lobby is inside an arena, and i think thats why it is being rollbacked, this happened for me, and i just put the lobby outside the region of the arena and never happened again.
