Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements

Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.

WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.

Conflicts

Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

/sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!

New Permissions:

If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:

sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
sg.arena.join
sg.player.vote
sg.lobby.join

Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

Thanks, however that would remove the perk of /fly for my VIP's

However SG "seems" not to block using the config file

Permission is - essentials.fly

Setting the spawn wont work for me still! I make the arena then i make sure i have it selected and then i do /sg setspawn next and it still DOESNT WORK!!!!

Hi, First off, thanks for a great plugin.

Just added this to my server and it works great!

The only issue, is /fly still works.

I have set the block cmd in the config file to true, and indeed many comands dont work, yet the /fly still works for my VIP's

Any idea?

@Eternity74 Its a debug message left in the plugin when the update was released. It won't lag or do anything to your server.

Also, it means nothing wrong, its just the plugin NEEDS to have that chunk loaded, and the way it is coded, it will tell the console every time that the game tries to unload that chunk, that the plugin is gonna reload it, or more keep it loaded.

I've heard this is a harmless error, but what do you mean by harmless?

My console is being spammed with this : [INFO] SG - STOPPED LOBBY CHUNK FROM UNLOADING!

Another suggestion for a feature: Disable arena chat such as X killed X with X or There are X players remaining, when killed in an arena, joined another arena, or not in that specific arena.

For spectators, mobs still aggro on them. Is it possible to make mobs not see spectators?

It is actually in testing live on his server, so it's real just depends on when its ready for us to receive it.
I assume he wants to be the first to use his own plugin, which is perfectly fine in my eyes.

Can't wait for it though. :)

I've managed to create multiple lobby walls okay, but how can I change it so that the arenas appear horizontally rather than vertically (like on the mc-sg.org lobbies?) If you've got three or four it's fine, but any more than that and it starts to get out of reach for players. If that server is running a special versions due to iMalo's tester status is there an ETA for the main release? Good work with the plugin, anyway, it's really well done.

Exactly. First, select the arena with WorldEdit, MAKE SURE THE WHOLE ARENA IS SELECTED!!! Then use /sg createarena to create an arena. After that, just find where you want people to spawn and use /sg setspawn next.

It says you need to post the port number after : (A colon) If that doesn't work, post the Config here so I can see the problem.

Hi, The lobbywall works fine for about 2 hours or so but after that it starts stuffing up. The join signs still work so you can join the game but it keeps switching from Disabled to rollingback to waiting really quickly and doesnt show the players it just flashs between those diffrent things! Please Help My Players cant see what arena to join D: Thanks, Paza
