Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

- /sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!
New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

I know you all have been waiting for 0.5.0 forever now, and most of you probably think it is never coming. Well, it is, and soon. A dev version of 0.5.0 is currently running on my server (play.mc-sg.org, /server sg2) and has proven to be stable (current uptime is 1 day, 15 hours). hcserver.com has a separate plugin, which work with SG plugin to give you /kit command, which works only once during the game. That plugin also has winner's prise function.

Posted Jan 15, 2013Is metadata not supported in the config? I want potions to be able to appear but it says that anything with a metadata is an invalid integer so just wondering if there is a way to put metadata the config. I.E. Java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "373:8193"

You can't. You can make them with another plugin (i.e. Essentials) and give the users the kit permission and the permission for no command blocking: sg.arena.nocmdblock

Yes. In the Survival Games folder look for the file 'Chest.yml' and open this with either Notpad or Notepadplusplus (I recommend this one), then just change the IDs of what you want in the chests and the max of how many per item.
P.S. If you put + + next to each other in the text, it changes the color and underlines it. Notepadplusplus is spelled like Notepad + + without the space.

They've been working on this, until it's fixed I recommend that you don't allow spectating.

Posted Jan 13, 2013Whenever a person "dies" in a Survival Games match, they respawn to the lobby, however they dont register as a death and they hold up the entire server. It also has an error attached to it.

/sg disable [arena] Then you can freely edit the world. It disables the arena so you edit it.
