Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements

Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.

WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.

Conflicts

Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

/sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!

New Permissions:

If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:

sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
sg.arena.join
sg.player.vote
sg.lobby.join

Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

What you must do is first acquire Multiverse plugin. Once you have that, then you must take the world folder and place it in the Minecraft server folder with the other worlds. You will then log on your server and use the following command to load that world: /mv import <INSERT WORLD NAME HERE> Normal

Once that is completed, you should have a notification saying it was successful. For the next part, you use the following command: /mvtp <INSERT WORLD NAME HERE>

Now, specify and create the SG arena.

NOTE- If you have iSafe and you find yourself playing in the arenas and not able to hurt anyone, try removing this plugin completely and only put the .jar file back in. I came across this issue and that is what I did to resolve the issue. I now have 4 working arenas. All 4 arenas are thanks to this great plugin and Vareide for the masterful maps/worlds.

This is assuming you have already set the lobby wall.

thanks, looks like I need to program some more... lol. Also, how do you edit plugins? I know how to program in eclipse and everything, but when I change the class file from survivalgames.jar and change it into a .java and open it in eclipse, it opens it with a bunch of weird symbols. Am I doing something wrong? In any case, thanks for the help.

Hello, I have 2 questions ive played on other servers and i would like to know how to: A: turn on parasites and stub yout tow features B: when there are 2 players remaining it tp them to middle for a deathmatch, Thank you

Hello guys, I am making a server with a website and a bunch of things, but I have 1 problem. Is there any way to make it so that the players on my server can have their rank beside their name? like [#230]Player? I saw it on some other servers, but I already spent a couple of hours trying to make it so that the ranks show up. thanks for any help that I recieve.
