Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

- /sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!
New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

Posted Apr 16, 2014I did a bit of testing with the permissions and it seems that even after I gave the sg.* permission to my default group they were still not able to join the game... there is truly something wrong with the permissions of the plugin.

Your players most likely do not have the join permission (SG.Join.$ARENA_NUMBER).

As far as I can tell, this plugin does not include kits. BUT, it is most likely that you have not given your players the right permission.

About being able to "/gm c" during a game, thats is not a bug. The only way to "fix" this is to make yourself the only Operator. As for people not being able to click the join signs, you need to use a permissions plugin such as PermissionsEX and give your default group the permission: sg.arena.join.# (Change "#" with the arena you want your players to join) or sg.arena.join.* to let them join any arena.

Posted Apr 15, 2014i noticed that if you go into a game as op and do /gm c, it'll put you into creative since your oped is there a way to fix that or can that be fixed for the next version of this plugin plz? Also people who aren't oped can't click the sign on my server, how do i fix that too?

Posted Apr 13, 2014The permissions don't work for me, I added the sg.arena.join.* , sg.arena.join, sg.player.vote, sg.lobby.join, sg.arena.vote and sg.arena.join.1 to the default group but no one can join arena 1 as they don't have access.
I'm using build 0.5.8.54 and I've experienced this before in earlier versions of 0.5 a year ago, please tell us what the real permission nodes are?

Posted Apr 10, 2014Hey, thanks for the great plugin.
But there seems to be a few errors. The help commands need to be updated/fixed, for example "/sg help staff" shows "/sg forcestart", but when the command is sent, nothing happens and it responds with "[Warning] Command doesn't exist". This is also an issue with "/sg listarenas" and maybe even more commands (I haven't tested them all :I). Also the current 1.6.2 release has a bug with the "/sg addwall <arena>" where the command sends the user a success message but does not actually add the wall, and spits out errors into the console.
Note: The latest dev build (#63) has the "/sg addwall <arena>" fixed if you are experiencing the issue.
