Support Ticket
This plugin allows servers to live up to there full potential on support teams. When someone needs help or if you need help. You can just simply type the specified command and get help from an admin. This is for all the people that asked for a good support plugin. When a player types the command, it sends all the admins, mods, and owners a message stating the senders name and tells you to please help them.
Permissions
There are none at this point
Commands
Admins, Ops, Mods, Owners: /st /st <admins name> /st left /st done
For everyone else: /st /st <admins name>

Posted May 7, 2012Could you make i so different groups have priority tickets? Like tickets from VIP would be on the top of the list or a different color.

Posted May 6, 2012I will add a aliases to the command and yes shankomaster there is a way its called you type /supportticket left and it shows you how many are left. Also aangiix3 i will we updating it for that to.

and also is there a way to look at all support tickets that havent been answered
