SupaChat 2.7 - Custom Chat Formatting
If you are requesting help, post your entire server log (From the time it opens, until somebody talks), your entire Permission config file (As well as what it's named), and SupaChat config files. This information is REQUIRED for me to help you, use http://pastebin.com for server errors.

Based on the idea of iChat v1.5 by Nijikokun.

Features
- Supports Permissions through Vault
- Allows you to specify a prefix/suffix/variable for users and groups on a per-world or global basis.
- A user-specific prefix/suffix/variable will take priority over a group prefix/suffix/variable, a world-based prefix/suffix/variable will take priority over a global prefix/suffix/variable.
- Unlimited amount of custom variables for use in chat format.
- Colors are supported in all parts of the formatting and chat text.
- Usable health bar and health amount in the formatting.
- Support for formatting of /me
- World-wide variable support
- Support for offsetting timestamps

Hmm.. thanks, even though i'm starting to wonder how i came up with the question, as SupaChat doesn't change anything tab/playerlist related in the first place =^P

Posted Apr 26, 2013Will you add support for variable-refresh @ tab/playerlist, or will do i need to find an additional mod for that? (changes do seem to apply, but only after a relog).

I seem to have stumble upon a problem though.
I've added myself to "Users" with the suffix &B
users: JoelE21101: prefix: '' suffix: '&b
Also,
groups: Owner: prefix: '' suffix: '' Default: prefix: '' suffix: ''
The groups that you add custom, don't work. Just default.'

chatmanger's spy permission is broke for a long time and developers said that they no longer support chatmanager -.- so if I set 100 chat range, Chat mods cant see advirtesers even if with permission, could you fix chatmanager plugin? I saw that there is source code on github.

Posted Apr 6, 2013I do have one problem I see. It looks like the plugin is counting the ":" as a suffix. For example my chat is "[Rank] Boogieramon: chat". I would suggest the chat to just be the suffix and not the ":" as-well. I'm trying to get the ":" white and the chat gray, but it's making both of them gray.

You could just make option in config to use prefixed, suffixes from pex file. I would use Mchat, but that plugin is dead...

Posted Apr 5, 2013Hey, love this plugin got mad over waiting for mchat and tried this out. Seems to work well. I was wondering i use mcmyadmin with groupmanager. it gets the prefixes right but does not seem to insert the chat colors. If you could help me it would be great
