Commands
- /SpawnTP: Displays different commands used in the plugin
- /SpawnTP reload: Reloads the plugin
- /SpawnTP set: Sets the spawn point
- /SpawnTP tp: TPs you to the spawn point

- You can change the prefix of the plugin messages
