Ah, lol.
Anyways, thanks again for the plugin... It's been... Well, I can't say "a big hit", because people on my server hate it :P But it's been a big help. I can finally sell Netherwarts at the Market and not have to overprice them (since one wart doesn't grow an army of them now).

Hmm. Well, ideally it would be when a user successfully places Nether Wart on soulsand in the Nether.
But really, as soon as they place it (since it only goes on soul sand), just sending the a (configurable, maybe?) message
