RPG style of auto collecting item drops, using a steam powered chest, steam recipe for furnace that powers the auto collector requires one bucket of water.
Very simple to use, by placing a chest on top of a furnace, then place a bucket of water as a recipe into the furnace to start auto collecting with the power of steam.
Steam recipe used inside the furnace require less heat, on low heat the fuel to ignite the furnace burns twenty five times longer then normal, using one coal would power the furnace for thirty minutes or lava bucket for seven hours, of auto collecting.
Each steam chest has a one block squared area range for auto collecting, for best results use a water collector to transport items to drop on-top of the steam chest.

Posted Jul 10, 2012Will do, I think there where some problematic plugins I may have had, so I've been bringing the server back up from scratch. I'll tell you how it goes :).
EDIT: Still doesn't work, I checked the logs and it seemed to have been enabled without any crashes.

Posted Jul 10, 2012Should have worked, been tested on Linux and Windows servers also spout server too, to make the chest work, place a single chest ontop of a furnace, place a bucket of water then any type of fuel to fire the furnace, once running on steam throw items at the chest to test it. Let me know how it goes

Posted Jul 5, 2012Yes, would like to hear some of your ideas, interested in things that would be of great use and still requires role playing elements, haven't tried machinacraft yet, but watched a few videos last night, love how they make the equipment with role playing elements.
Also fixing a couple of bugs with SteamChest and will be updating soon.

I'd urge you to make something for machinacraft with the API just because I haven't seen any third-party additions to machinacraft, just what they include. If you need any ideas for what to make, I could probably make up a few :3.

Posted Jul 5, 2012This is awesome, man. I'll definitely be using it on my server :) (going to be a good addition to go alongside machinacraft :3).
