Suggested use

• Use /sm applicants to view the list of applicants (Select one and monitor if they are suitable to be staff)
• Use /sm status to find out the popularity of the applicant
• Use /sma broadcast for server-wide messages (eg. news, info, etc)
• Edit available help files to customise what is displayed when a player types /sm [page]
• View top 3 applicants with /sm top
