SpoutTitle
SpoutTitle
Description:
SpoutTitle is a Spout server-side plugin that allows users with Spoutcraft to change their nameplate settings. Currently users nameplates are hidden automatically when they join the server, the hiding feature could be used when playing a game or on war/fighting servers where you don't want other teams to see you approaching. In the future users/admins will be able to change their names in the nameplate and much more.
Update 1.2 AutoHide Features:
- Automatically hide player nameplates on join -Fixed many bugs
Please put in a ticket if you find any bugs or have performance issues! (The current method I am using to auto hide is slightly inefficient, although it worked fine on my test server it may cause performance issues on larger servers, PLEASE test it out!)**
Download V1.2 Here
- Please ensure you delete all old SpoutTitle Files when updating.

Is there any possibility to make it runnable for Minecraft 1.4.4? Or could you give me the source code to let me update it by myself?

so is there currently a way to un-hide names, or make only some peoples names hidden?
EDIT: permission support and commands to toggle a players nameplate would be great suggested permissions would be a permission for if their name is automatically hidden, and another permission so people with the permission can see all nameplates (ADMIN). also if the toggle ability was added, a permission for that would be good also.
It's a great plugin, and would be exactly what i needed, if it had those features, even multi-world support would be helpful.
but until it has some of those features (at least permissions) I can't use this

It does not have a config, therefore it does not create a folder. All clients must be using Spoutcraft in order to see the mod (remove nameplates), as well your server must be running the latest Spoutplugin. If you have any further issues please submit a ticket.

Posted Jun 10, 2012I put it in my plugins folder but it seems not to change anything. No folder for it is created on the start up of the server, and the names are still apparent. Somethin' obvious I'm missing?

Posted Jun 2, 2012Does this plugin have any type of permissions? Specifically ones compatible with PermissionsEx? Multiverse support so it only hides in certain worlds?
I have PVP world attached to my main server with Multiverse, it would be really useful to turn off nameplates in only those worlds.

You can read the description to see what it does. If you are having any issues please submit a ticket. And there is currently no config associated with the plugin.

Posted Apr 26, 2012Some Ideas:
Ninjas have better abilites: Higher Jumps, Faster speed, Less damage from falls. Ninjas don't appear on the Players list(and player appears offline, when command is done: %name% left the game.)

Updated but Bukkit Dev doesnt support silent updates so I had to delete the file and reupload. At the time I am writing this comment it is still awaiting approval so you can download a working SpoutTitleAH 1.2 here.

Ok, I think its just my Java version. I compiled it with Java 7 but apparently thats only out for developers. Let me recompile it with Java 6(If it lets me) and ill push a silent update.

Autohide is now implemented in v1.2. In version 1.2 there are no commands, no config, and currently no permissions.
