what website are you meant to upload the .ogg music files too? I can't find any that are compatible with it?

Do the titles support color? Like For example in the PlayerEditor plugin for spout, you can do <COLOR> In the <> being the color name like <RED> Or <BLUE> and anything after that would be colored text.

The link you posted isn't a zip, it's an htm page on one of those file sharing sites. Download the file and upload it to a service like drop box and link to it that way. The splash screen could be failing because texture packs are failing. Download your image and put it up on drop box as well. That should take care of your problems.

when i use "/spe music The_Alphabeat" i get a message that it's downloading it. great! when it's finished i get the message "music played" i'm pretty sure i heard nothing.

i have a request for the capes. here is the idea i have for my server:

players can do quests (another plugin). some of those quest will reward you with a Cape. ofc VIPs will have more capes than normal players.

what i would like is a dedicated GUI for all the capes you've unlocked.

The command /spe stopmusic doesn't appear to be working.

It says "[SpE]Music Stopped!" but it doesn't actually stop the music.
