SpongeProtect is an easy to use claiming tool with no hassle, no permissions, and no needed commands.
Install the plugin and it is ready to go. A player who palces a sponge instantly claims an area for themself, and the sponge is used up. Claimed land is untouchable to other players. If a player wishes to unclaim a land it can be done easily through /unclaim. If you wish to build a structure without claiming land then you can type /spongetoggle for that time.
Commands
- /Unclaim, unclaims land.
- /Sponge Toggle, toggles sponge claiming.
There are no permissions available.
There is no setup needed.

Posted Nov 1, 2013I am starting a new server on my mac and i have would like to use sponge protect for my survival server but when i install the plugin it does not work during game play. Have you got any ideas on what i could be doing wrong.

Since sponges are unobtainable I figured you would not need a limit since only people with creative could supply this and it was orientated for survival. I could add bypass with a permission. As well I will add a config with the option to add a limit.
It does only claim the land of the chunk placed in and friends will probably be added at a later date.

I think you will need a config and permissions. else no one will use this.
I would love this if it just claimed the chunk the player is in that would be epic. and if it had a way to add and remove friends.
