SpawnerDrops (W/Config!)
Very basic plugin that allows for a percent chance to drop a spawner of a mob that a player killed.
It requires SilkSpawners. (May be changed in the future)

Commands:
/sds (Or /sds help) - Displays a help message
/sds percent [value] - Sends message with the percentage (Requires spawnerdrops.percent or spawnerdrops.percent.change
/sds reload (Or /sds rl - Reloads the plugin (Requires spawnerdrops.reload)
Permissions:
spawnerdrops.collect - Allows the user to collect the spawner
spawnerdrops.percent - Allows the user to view the percent chance that a spawner will drop
spawnerdrops.percent.change - Allows the user to change the percent chance that a spawner will drop
spawnerdrops.reload - Allows the user to reload the plugin
Config.yml:
