Spawner
This plugin allows you to set mob spawner types and optionally gather mob spawners with a Silk Touch enchanted tool.

Posted Mar 1, 2013You should add /spawner list
to get all the spawner types you have access to.
And also add a config file where you can change what it says when you place/change/remove a spawner. Cause it gets kind of annoying.

They only spawn on grass I believe.

Use VillagerGolem.
As mentioned above under the Entities section have a look here and see the line where it says
Use the part inside the quotes. In this case /spawner VillagerGolem or /spawner give VillagerGolem will make an iron golem spawner.
