Description
Install this plugin if you don't like the generic warp plugins and want a warp plugin what supports almost all sounds and particle effects.
Features
- Create/Delete Warps
- Crossworld supported

Commands
- /swarp: Displays all commands for sparkling warps.
Permissions:
- SparklingWarps.use: Allows to use the swarp command
- SparklingWarps.warps.<warpname>: Allows to use the specific warp
- SparklingWarps.all: Allows to use all warps
- SparklingWarps.manager: Allows to use the admin swarp command
Config
- swarps-delay: Sets the standard delay when someone uses /swarp <swarpname>.
- cancel-move: true: Enables that warps are cancelled when players move.

(Plugin was tested with craftbukkit 1.7.2, craftbukkit 1.7.9,spigot 1.8)
