Server Manager
General Information
Server Manager is an easy to use plugin that adds some nifty features for server owners! It includes the following:
- Spawn System
- Basic Anti - Spam
- Custom Join / Quit Messages
- Custom Join titles!
- Notifies those with sufficient permissions, if someone is using an Alternate account!
- Admin mode with some admin commands!
- A couple fun commands!
- An auto broadcast system!
- A chat timer!
- Change fly / walk speed!
- Prevent user's from posting numbered ip's! (e.g 127.0.0.1)
- A dynamic MOTD.
- A file system that allows you to create files.
- Anti-link spam.

Commands
List of commands:
- /setspawn, remspawn, spawn : Set the spawn, remove the spawn and teleport to the spawn!
- /admin : The stem of all admin commands.
- /walkspeed, flyspeed : Set's the players walk speed and or fly speed!
- /fw [filename] [message] : Allows users to write to a file. Needs to be activated in the config.
Only a few commands, but a lot more features!
Permissions
List of permissions:
- sm.admin.all : Grants user all permissions!
- sm.spam.caps.bypass : Allows user to type in all caps!
- sm.spam.ad.bypass : Allows user to post server ip's or web links.
- sm.spam.chattimer.bypass : Allows user to bypass chat timer!
- sm.alts.bypass : Admins do not get notified when user joins with an alternate account!
- sm.adminmode : Allows admin mode to be accessed!
- sm.fun.player.walkspeed : Allows user to set their walkspeed
- sm.fun.player.flyspeed : Allows user to set their flyspeed!
- sm.filewriter.write : Allows users to write to a file.

ServerManager implements titles added in Minecraft version 1.8. This uses packets which break every MC Update, please note this before posting any bug reports!
Issues
If your using ServerManager v A1.0.3 or under, please not it's compiled against Java 1.8 not 7.
File System
The current file system added to Server Manager may be a little buggy. It can be turned off via the config.yml file. Also, you can't delete specific files right now but you can delete all files with /fw deleteall. Any bugs relating the file system, please don't hesitate to tell!

Yes, and could it be as simplistic as do the following
Example:
<plugin>.<command>: <true/false>
maybe also add a op/nonop value as well but that wouldn't be necessary. and It would be great if it had Inheritance and support the Basic bukkit/spigot perms.yml.
Have you Heard of a plugin called ReActions. it uses Vault and it would help if I didn't have to use a separate perms plugin for it.

So, if I understood that correctly, you would like a permissions feature that allows server owners to add, create and manage groups and permissions? I could possibly add it, but it's not at the top of my list.

Can it (permissions file; if your going to make it seperate) support the PermissionBukkits format. I really need something like this b/c Essentials GroupManager isn't a stand-alone plugin and essentials will conflict with the plugins I have.
