SlowMode
What is ?
This plugin provides a simple delay on the chat and stop it! When chat is off, displayed broadcast. Stop spam on your server ! ^^
Commands

Permissions
- slowmode.chat - Allow to /chat on/off and allows you to write in the chat when it is off.
- slowmode.sendall - Ignore slowmode (default: op)
Configuration
The delay, in milliseconds. ex. 3000 = 3 seconds Default is 2 seconds.
limit_in_milliseconds: 2000

- Change limit in milliseconds in game
- Reload plugin
