Slot Lock

Features

Lock any item in any slot. You can easily do this with the lockhand command, and all 1.8 items like player skulls and banners are supported!
You can lock different items in the same slot for different people using perms. You can also make per-world locks with world perms in PEX or GM.

Commands

/sl reload
/sl lockhand <perm> (Sets for item in hand)
/sl lockhand <perm> <slot>
/sl setCommand <player/console> <command>
/sl setCanUse <true/flase> (Sets for item in hand)
/sl world <enable/disable> <world>

Permissions

Permission to use the /reload or /help commands:

"slot.lock.commands" allows you to use slot lock commands.

"slot.lock.drop" allows you to drop from locked slots.

Also whatever permissions you define in the slots configuration.

Configuration/Installation

1. Drop the plugin into your plugins folder and restart the server.

2. Lock slots as wanted using the commands.

3. Change enabled worlds and other things only using commands.

NO support will be proved for people who manually edit the config!

MC Stats

This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that mcstats.org collects server info like: A unique identifier, The server's version of Java, Whether the server is in offline or online mode, The plugin's version, The server's version, The OS version/name and architecture, The core count for the CPU, The number of players online, and the Metrics version. Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true. For more information, see the guidelines.

Just use quotation marks, they are needed if you use symbols.

Are quotation marks required around config settings or not? You use them on lore1 for 0, and not for 1.

What about for the permission entries? You used them in 0, not in 1.

Are all formatting codes (e.g., &l) allowed in the name and lore# entries?

Please add the ability to change item slots depending on permissions! For example, a novice has a basic blocked armor, but if it rises to the next rank, armor change but still stuck!

I've tried different ways (with slot.name0, slot.name1 ... in the permissions, but nothing happens when i change user group...)

That wouldn't work, because what armour would it lock? You have to define the armour items that are locked. Slots (36-39) is the armour.

Edit: Found the problem, you don't have quotes around the title author and pages of your book.

Also, is it possible for me to lock armour? If not I am suggesting it now, it wouldn't be like with items where you choose in config it would just be something like "lockarmour: true"

I put it in quotes in the config file (Not the book one unless you meant that) and I typed /slotlock reload. Cleared my inventory and I still get blank book

In the config try putting the book name in quotes like "Rules".

Your config looks fine, I think its a bug.

Try this update: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/slot-lock/files/13-slot-lock-beta-v2-3/

Also if you don't ant a lore, just remove it. Don't add: lore: ""

Hi, plugin is great except for this bug, I think I've done the config how I want it, but they grey dye is enchanted with bane of arthropods and has a 2 lores? I'm really bad at configs so sorry if it's really easy to see. Also my 2nd slot in hotbar (Or 1st in the plugin) has a clownfish called SlotLocked or something like that and when I click with it or click on it, it gives me a piece of stone? Any help? While I'm holding the book, I can't use pressure plates for doors. Just says: 10:08:34 PM java.lang.NullPointerException

Normaly it's enable in every worlds but the problem is the book.yml is empty when the server start and nothing work. You need to copy the config exemple of book.yml and restart the plugin.
