Slap
This is my first plugin, its a neat plugin for server owners that want to mess with their staff/players!
<big>Features</big>
This plugin allows you to slap a player, it has a command cool down that you can change, and permissions for the plugin. (listed below)
<big>Commands</big>
/slap [name] - Slap a player
/slap reload - Reloads the config.yml
/slap - Brings up help menu
<big>Permissions</big>
slap.use - Allows access to slap someone with /slap [name]
slap.bypass - Bypass cool down
slap.reload - Allows access to reload the config.yml with /slap reload
<big>Configuration</big>
Cooldown to set the amount of seconds in the command cool down for /slap [name]
<big>Metrics</big>
To determine popularity and usage of Slap, plugin installs are automatically tracked by the Metrics plugin tracking system. Your Java version, OS, player count, server country location and plugin & server versions are collected. This is used to determine what environments are using the plugin to ensure full compatibility. This collection is anonymous. If you don't want this tracking, edit plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml and set opt-out to true.

Just Remember how stupid they were... and how much of a failure they will be by doing that. ps. great and fun plugin :P (Slaps myself rapidly with powertool) ALWAYS fun
