SkyWars - Battle against players in a sky environment
Schematic creation
- 1) Build your map
- 2) Place a BEACON block to define a spawn point (somewhere above the island, the glass box will be created automatically)
- 3) Make a schematic out of it with WorldEdit
- 4) Place schematic in the plugins/SkyWars/schematics directory (format: name.schematic)
Installation
- Download SkyWars.jar and put it in your plugins/ directory
- Place your schematics in the plugins/SkyWars/schematics directory
- Set the lobby with /sw setlobby
- Place stone pressure plate in the lobby world for players to join a game

Commands

| /sw reload | skywars.command.reload | Reloads the chests, kits and the plugin.yml |
| /sw score | skywars.command.score | Shows your current point balance |
| /sw score <player> | skywars.command.score.others | Shows current score balance of given player |
| /sw score set <player> <balance> | skywars.command.score.set | Sets the score balance for the given player |

This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Posted Apr 9, 2014Can somebody please help me? Everything works perfectly but when a match starts, the chests are completely empty. (The chest.yml file was filled out correctly and in the console it even says that the items were loaded.) Please help.

Nevermind, I see now that this is how the plugin was designed. I made the changes to the source code to remove the rest of the glass cage. I think it might be a good idea for future releases.

Posted Apr 8, 2014works not with spigot 1.7.5-r01 but why can not use /sw join (for any arenas) ?
I have 6 Arenas for Skywars as schematics in folder but cant join in 1 or 2. Only /sw join then starting in any arena but i will used self to join in arena xxx !

Posted Apr 8, 2014I love this plugin, but there is one problem that is keeping occuring for me. Eventually, people will just get spawned in the air and fell down and die, before the game has even started. This leads to chaos since they're trying to join again and loses points.
The only fix for this is to reload the server, but sometimes it can take long time before we notice this.
Anyone have a solution?

Posted Apr 7, 2014When starting skywars, only the bottom glass block disappears, not the entire box. So if someone builds directly up the rest of the glass box is still there. Is this the way it is meant to be? I expected the entire box would disappear.

Nope, deleting the world doesn't make it regen correctly, it still has overlapping issues that occur.

Your schem probs has chunk errors. This just happens sometimes

Posted Apr 6, 2014I've been trying to get this going on my server. When I first install the plugin it works fine after I restart the server the island-0 world says unloaded when I do /mv list. This is the only thing I can think of its not showing any errors in the log files that I can find. Please help!

Posted Apr 6, 2014There is very little documentation here, and I don't feel like surfing through comments, but are you planning to add in functionality for the area's actually resetting themselves (This way the world doesn't become overfull and become a huge mess) Or is this functionality in there already? If not, then I've seen some instances of where arena's overlap, and then my next question is if deleting the " skywars " world is safe at all?

Posted Apr 5, 2014Help Please. I gave my default players perms to only use one kit and made my vips able to buy the other 8.

Even though I do that, default players can still use the other kits that are ment to be VIP only. am I missing something?
