Starter Skull Changes

I wanted to prevent players to spread out to far, because it might be annoying to find a skull here and a skull there without any intention of building there. The need for (more expensive) starter skulls is my way to prevent this a little.

But maybe its not very intuitive, and while planning the wilderness regeneration, i thought of a different system:

Landmarks

This means that you can place a landmark anywhere you are allowed to, and this spans a circle of a given size in which you can build. If you want to build somewhere else or its radius isnt big enough, you can simply build another one (if you've got the coin of course). Different landmarks can overlap freely because they dont prevent other players in their behaviour at all.

This encourages people to keep things regional (which is somehow the point of a plugin like this, atleast for me), but you have all the freedom to do things the way you want.

The advantage is that landmarks make it easier ( = less laggy ) to distinguish between settlements and untouched nature (which could be regenerating slowly in later versions)

So my question is: Do you like the idea?
