JoinMessage
What is Join Message?
Join Message lets you customized Join and Quit messages. You can use formatting and color codes to give the message style. You can even have custom Join/Quit messages for each of your permission groups. Permission prefix's and suffix's can be added to the customized message too!

Or not...
Says I am missing Vault, and that is not the case as you see in the next few lines another plugin can detect Vault.

I removed the other plugins and only left Vault & Join Message, still gives me that error.

Posted Aug 22, 2012A cool feature to add would be silentjoining with permissions so certain groups would not have a join/leave msg. Other plugins have failed at this and are not working or out of date.
