Marijuana will only grow if you have the certain light block, only way to get that is to ask the admin to become a "Drug Lord" you will get seeds and the light source. The admin is to keep it VERY secret. The police will be looking around for drug dealers and will have a "Stun Gun" slowness and a reaction a lot like stepping into a nether portal. police will be paid for the day and night, they can can only attack when attacked or are going after a "MC most wanted" if your into raiding and fighting then you better be prepared to be hunted down by the police. also, feel free to kill police as well.

the light block and the weed would require spout, so if you have to have spout anyways instead of a stun-bow use a real gun item. much more fun.
