SimpleRefillChest
SimpleRefillChest is a very simple and customizable kitpvp-based plugin that allows players to click a chest to open up an inventory full of mushroom stew to replenish their soup supply. You can also customize the size of the chest, and also change the text at the top and you can even use the Bukkit color codes!

Posted May 21, 2014Is there away to change whys will be restocked in the chest so that I can different things in the chest not just soup like armour this will be help flu for pvp maps as I don't want to limit what people have in there inventories, also could I make it so that people have to pay to use so chest as in you can pick which people have to pay for e.g. pay $5 for a chest with armour in but nothing for a chest with food in this would make it wore customisable and would make it fit the description that you gave the plugin and wouldn't miss lead people in to thinking that it is as customisable as they think.

All the chests will automatically have the refill ability. You won't be able to use the refill ability when in creative mode, so that might be what the issue is. Also, if you would like to still use regular chests for decoration, or for whatever reason, use trapped chests ;)
