SimplePoke
You have something important to say but player(s) don't listen you?
Using this plugin you can "poke" specific player with:
- message
- potion effects
- sound
When you type /poke [nickname] [message] command (for example. /poke player123 any message) The specific player get message:

Configuration File
The Configuration file is really simply and let you enable or dissable any effect
sound: true - Enable/Disable Thunder Sound
confusion: true - Enable/Disable Confussion Effect
slowdown: true - Enable/Disable Slowdown Effect
darkness: true - Enable/Disable Darkness Effect
fillchat: true - Fill chat area with messages, or send only one
text1: You are poken by - Translation line
text2: With message - Translation line
text3: Succesfull poked - Translation line
You can disable or enable any function by config.yml (And you can easily translate plugin in configuration file).
Commands
- /poke [player] [message]
Pesmissions
- simplepoke.poke - let you poke players (allow to use /poke command)
To Do
- Poke all players (/poke [all] [message])
- Poke with warn (3 * /pokewarn [player] [message] = kick)

There are lots of "Poke" plugins, every one with other features. I don't think that any of these are copies. I think it's just the idea of poking other players that makes these poke plugins so numerous.

This is my First Plugin, I'm begginer in plugin development. It's not a copy. I code everything myself. My plugin has configurable "on player" effects (you don't have it in 'to-do'). This plugin works differently than yours.
