Simple On & Off

I made this plugin because someone requested it.
It is: A plugin that will allow me to do simple commands to toggle Fly and God without having to know if the player already has it.
Commands:
/fly on (enable your own fly mode)
/fly off (disable your own fly mode)
/god on (enable your own god mode)
/god off (disable your own god mode)
/fly on {Player_name} (Enable players fly mode)
/fly off {Player_name} (Disable players fly mode)
/god on {Player_name} (Enable players god mode)
/god off {Player_name} (Disable players god mode)
/fly off all (Disable everyone's fly mode)
/fly on all (Enable everyone's fly mode)
/god off all (Disable everyone's god mode)
/god on all (Enable everyone's god mode) ====
Permissions:
simple.self (Give ability to do "/fly on" & "/fly off" & "/god on" & "/god off")
simple.others (Give ability to "/fly on {Player_name}" & "/fly off {Player_name}" & "/god on {Player_name}" & "/god off {Player_name}")
simple.all (Give ability to do "/fly off all" & "/fly on all" & "/god off all" & "/god on all") ====

Notes:
If a player relogs he loses his godmode.
