SimpleExplode

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

SimpleExplode is currently inactive and may not be updated again.

Description:

A small plugin I made just for fun. It has several fun and easy to use features. Check out the What's New section for the latest additions!

Commands:

/explode <player> <power> Makes an explosion at a specific player with a specific power

/explodefar <power> Makes an explosion where you are looking with the specific power

/setpowerlimit <limit> Sets the server power limit for explosion commands

/showpowerlimit Shows the server power limit

/removepowerlimit Removes the server power limit

/explodec <x> <y> <z> <invertedX> <invertedY> <invertzedZ> <power> Ok, I know what you're thinking: "omg what is this it looks super complicated why is it in this plugin I thought it was Simple Explode not Complicated Explode!" Despite its look, this command is actually really easy to use. Check out the What's New section for more info.

Permissions:

SimpleExplode.* allows access to all of the commands

/explode: SimpleExplode.explode

/explodefar: SimpleExplode.explodefar

/setpowerlimit: SimpleExplode.setpowerlimit

/showpowerlimit: SimpleExplode.showpowerlimit

/removepowerlimit: SimpleExplode.removepowerlimit

/explodec: SimpleExplode.explodec

Config:

Currently there is no configuration file because, well, there is nothing to configure.

What's New:

  • The /explodec command is here! At first glance, this command looks really complicated, but it's actually really simple. Here's how it works: /explodec <x> <y> <z> <invertedX> <invertedY> <invertedZ> <power> What the command actually does is allows you to make a custom amount of explosions in any direction(s) you want. X Y and Z specify how many explosions you want to make in that direction. The same goes for the inverted X Y and Z, but the explosions are made in the opposite direction. Example: Where Y is how many explosions are made above you, Inverted Y is how many explosions are made below you. The power argument is simply the size of each explosion. In case you still don't understand, I will show you an example of the command that makes 10 explosions above you and 20 below you with the power of 5: /explodec 0 10 0 0 20 0 5
  • SimpleExplode now has a master permission that allows access to all commands: SimpleExplode.*

Upcoming Features:

  • Some new commands
  • Error catches for /explodec

Update Status:

Working on SimpleExplode 5.0

Known Bugs:

If you give a non-numerical or non-alphabetical character like ~ or > for the power argument you will get an error message.

The power limit resets on a server reload or restart.

/explodec would not work when I tried to put error-catching code on it, so it will give you an error if you don't use the command correctly. It still is restricted by the power limit, though.

Notes:

I recommend to be very careful when using this plugin, as too big of an explosion can crash some servers.

I am not responsible for any damage done to your world.
