PLEASE NOTE: PLUGIN UPDATE SOON!!!

If a player breaks a diamond block, this plugin broadcasts a message and increases a player's found-level in config!
This can help you in a public server to see who found diamonds (x-ray for exemple).

Check a player's break-levels: /sdbm check <player>
Reset a player's break-levels: /sdbm reset <player>

IMPORTANT: give a player this permission to hide from broadcasting: sdbm.hide
IMPORTANT: give a player this permission to receive the broadcast: sdbm.receive
